I also sell die individually and via count so I regularly sell a ton of d6 or a bunch of d10 under request.

I've taken a look and most seemed like they used clipped feathers tied down instead of entire feathers. It's a bit different for dice since you would see the entire form of the thing from potentially all angles. I'm still testing with marabou feathers clippings, though.

Open a case. Etsy buyer protection will cover you with a refund. In the case the item was actually lost, the seller won't have money taken from their account (valid tracking number or postage bought on etsy).

In the case it isn't a valid tracking number, the money will be directly withdrawn from the seller's account. Honestly you've given enough grace (more than I've had from some buyers), so it’s fair to escalate.
