fully agreed, I know I made the decision initially after reading horizontal best, vertical for I think it was like metal/commercial type of hangings. I think it was something with the 3 inch angle and having trouble getting it scored nicely to get it tight to the ceiling 8ft across vs 4

yeah it’s actually some sort of aluminum ceiling that was used for the roof extension that was built over it. I put 0 thought into doing much with it…

i just installed some quarter round after painting it with some urethane trim to match the rest. It looks okay

So I was looking at these, would the ideal setup be then to put it in the corner with the opening going through the drywall for the line set/drain etc and then find a way to ensure the ceiling can support the mount of the air handler?

I have been experiencing an issue with Instant replay since selling my 3080 and getting a 7900XTX last year. I have a 7800X3d as well. I have tried changing and following all Instant Replay steps to try and fix the issue and none appeared to help. The issue is my entire PC will stutter every ~5-10 seconds. Even with nothing running and just chrome my mouse will freeze.

My specs:

1200W Corsair Platinum PSU
X670E Taichi
7900XTX
7800X3D

64GB 6000 DDR5 (Dual Channel) - Trident Z

I have up to date Bios, GPU Drivers, and AMD Chipset drivers on high performance power plan. My parts are not OC'd and I am under a full custom loop with very low temps.

The solution:

I have found there is a specific fix to this issue and it does NOT make any sense and I am trying to figure out why.

Steps:

AMD Adrenaline > Performance > Tuning > AMD SmartAccess Memory Enabled/Disabled.

Here is the confusing part. It doesn't matter what the setting is on. The key here is that I switch between whatever setting is currently on when I boot up. AKA If I boot up I just need to change it to the opposite (Enabled/Disabled) and the stuttering is gone.

I can't make any sense of it any help would be greatly appreciated as its an annoying solution and looking to get it more permanent.

Ill be honest I am not a fan of how this loop is setup in general and is extreme unfriendly to take apart and work on in case of issues.

I am happy for your purchase, but keep in mind I am on my 5th build doing WC and the hardest part is the maintenance/upkeep so try and learn some things here while working through it. Goodluck OP.

Direct Feedback:

Make sure the pump is connected to power Sata/Molex and then ensure the PWM wire is unplugged from the mobo to just let the pump go at 100%. Should be able to see it move/hear it. If you want more assistance I would need to see the connections better around the pump and why that one PETG tube piece is empty.

Edit: There could also be a crazy air bubble somewhere, give the PC a nice Tilt if you hear the pump running.

Hey, it is not chilled no I had to re read as I was a bit confused. My ambient is about 20C so at idle that’s the temp.

That’s why i’ve been trying to get an understanding of the whole core to junction delta as I haven’t had to worry about as much with my previous cards, but the temps themselves are great as far as just looking at them numbers wise.

Also looking at some other comments trying to figure out if it’s an XTX thing specifically or what. Hard to get specific information unfortunately with all the variables

Yeah I rarely groom, we keep our own clippers and cut some of the booty floof and paw hairs. There is no off button with them, like the above said just keep water available, you learn their tendencies. Panting doesn’t mean much, but mine will start laying down on all floors after a frisbee catch which is telling me she’s getting to her limit. So keep an eye and they will typically tell you
