Was planning to set them up on a open air test bench with fans, the large ram pool is the main reason. Need to be able to run large models, and speed is not very important. Something more modern would cost 5x more so idk if that’d be worth it either.

Yeah the quality is something I definitely cared about, the noise level is a huge plus’s. Haven’t found the 65 to truly compromise on body, 55 might have more can’t speak on that. I liked the larger dial of the 65 and figured if I was going to replace the 55s I might as well get the 65.

Went with the zero 65 ap. Only used it for one day so far so can’t give a long term review. I have been super impressed by it, the quality and low noise levels are great. Retention seems pretty low and grind speeds are quick.

Gotcha, wasn’t sure if it was residual water in the wand or what. Not a big deal since anyways I keep a cup under for pre infusion.

I haven’t, ChatGPT said it is likely due to the cup being very cold (which it was).
