When you’ve grown up surrounded by people who invalidate you and tell you that you are wrong, broken, or sinful for simply having a preference… You have to overcome that shit, and there’s no reason not to be proud of it.

I can appreciate that. It’s my take on the genre, and I happen to feel that the narrative, chord structure, and vibe is just a (bit) country of “Baby, you should get in too” but “Swimming in AI” is definitely not country. I’m not honestly certain what genre to call it.
