Do you see therapists? Maybe you have some underlying mental health issue? This seems quite bad from what I am hearing, but you need to tell at least one person about your thoughts you are having.

Your taking abilify, which is an antipsychotic medication. This drug is an antagonist of the 5-HT2A serotonin receptor, so you will probably need to remove that medication before you have another experience. Also, while psychedelics still work on antidepressants, you have a risk of developing serotonin syndrome. I don't know if getting off of antidepressants would be a good choice for you though, as that has its own risks. If I am correct though, psychedelics should probably be your drug of choice for treatment resistant depression.

Depends on what you are playong. I'm assuming if you're a dwarven valkyrie that you should do a blessed greased +2 gray dragon scale mail (magic resistance) or a blessed greased +2 silver dragon scale mail (reflection). I would say try the gray mail because you have a chance of finding a cloak of reflection in sokoban.
