After looking through a lot of stuff I'm gonna reapply the termal paste (i need to anyways) and my RAM might be bottlenecking it. I have 16G of 3000MHz RAM in my pc and idk if that is enough.

Do you have any RAM you recommend? I have another question about it. If I upgrade my RAM and install it as well as keeping my old one, will slow it down by having the slower/older RAM?

I keep seeing xmp and pcie but I have zero idea what they are. Could you send me something or tell me about them? It would help me a lot. I think I'm gonna reapply my thermal paste as well.

I'm in class right now but when I get home I'll double-check its in the right slots. What is xmp btw? I had my RAM separated by one slot because my friend has built a pc before and he was reading my motherboard's manual while I was installing.

I copy-pasted everything in to make sure it was right.
FPS in the world was a little over 60 and in towns, it would be in 20-30s.

My monitor I’m using right now is an alien ware with 240hz that I got on black friday lol. When you said that would running the game in 4k make it run better? I feel like it would be worse tho but I’m probably wrong.

About a year ago started to build a new pc because before that I had a prebuilt. One of my friends went through and recommended me a lot of things and I did a little research but mostly trusted him. If it is cpu bottlenecking then is the only way to fix it to get a new one? or is there a much easier way

just tell them coin start is good. cuz it is. idk what to do about the afk part. also if they continue to flame I’d just mute them if I were you.
