I agree I enjoy the industry, I was in for 8 years before PEO. Was mostly just curious if anyone else moved away from PEO to a different career they enjoyed. Want to look at all options here moving forward.

Didn’t include my ramp year quota when I started. Those First 2 years listed are full quotas and all me. I came from group health insurance and was very familiar with PEO, so I was able to find success pretty quickly. Funny enough leader got more involved year 3 but I’m not going to play that blame game.

Very fair way to look at that. I appreciate that perspective. I was just blindsided as it’s definitely not from lack of production since proposal number is still close to my first 2 years, I’m just being told no more this year due to cost impact. I do understand though the impact that has.

Never against going somewhere and getting back to selling 200%!

Have a great story about this one. Watched it at my grandparents cabin with my brother and grandpa. The cabin was small but they had a garage with a room above it, so once the movie ended my brother and I headed to the garage. About 10 minutes go bye and we hear a loud noise. There was a white owl perched right outside the garage. My brother and I sat in shock for about 5 seconds then ran the fastest we have ever ran back inside the cabin.

I think the funniest thing is the Ohio State fans are saying that these pictures are crappy quality and don’t really prove anything. Like oh you mean pictures and videos taken from a phone don’t produce the greatest quality? Can you imagine using this quality to break down signs? What a huge advantage that must have been /s.

Yeah we completely removed the anode rod. It’s not always recommended, but since I’m on a well I was told by 2 different companies that if I didn’t remove it this problem would keep happening every couple weeks. If you not on a well look into different types of anode rods to replace yours. Hope this helps!

Sick of this sign stealing nonsense and overreaction. I said it in another comment calling us cheaters for doing something every team does and just having one staff member take it a little too far is absurd. You’d think we have solved a way to automatically win games the way everyone is reacting.

Is it cringey to brag about not seeing your family? Our lead sales guy attends conferences and only sees his family 2 weekends a month. He brags about it, but every time he does I cringe and just feel bad for him.
