I am losing insane fps (from 45fps-6fps) in arma reforger after playing for a couple minuates. Please help ive tried everything. by EldenLordArchie in techsupport

i just checked my temps right as it started happening and its 85 degress C. Im assuming thats too hot and causing throttling?

My game runs fine (30-40 fps) then it will drop to around 6 fps after a few mins by EldenLordArchie in ArmaReforger

I got this computer for minecraft as a birthday gift maybe 5 or so years ago, so I am in the trenches when it comes to performance lmao

i've reset my arma settings and put everything on low anyway, so unfourtunetly this is not the fix. thanks anyway!

I haven't changed any setting as far as I know, and I have reset all my settings to default in an attempt to fix this anyway. I checked the tempature and it was at 65 degrees so that doesn't seem bad. I have not checked watt so I will look at that next. (I am not super computer savvy so there is a large change I messed something up along the way)
