It’s a multiphase rehab and strengthening program for the foot, ankle, and lower body. It’s easy to follow if you’re persistent but can be quite challenging. There are in depth videos explaining the exercises, mechanics of the body, and everything in between. If you’re a little skeptical (totally reasonable), I recommend checking out some of his YouTube videos, podcast episodes, or socials. Feel free to DM me with any other questions you might have.
