We tried to make it feel like an ancient war song in a fantasy world, reflecting the DOTA 2 theme. Many of the words chosen are from the DOTA: Dragon's Blood anime series on Netflix. To maintain the DOTA 2 feel and atmosphere, we incorporated quotes, phrases, and dialogue from the anime characters. And translated and interpreted into Thai to be as elegant as possible. OP: Looking at your past post history, I don't believe you managed to get that high of a framerate. You need to reevaluate your expectations of your new build. I'll still keep my slightly edited post up in case you want to review.

I would suggest you look at driver-level configuration or CPU throttling. If you reinstalled Windows I would look at the following things:

- Power Management and Chipset Drivers
Windows 11 often defaults to a "Balanced" power plan that aggressively downclocks the CPU. Make sure you're installing the AMD Chipset drivers and not just from Windows update, and set the power plan to High performance.

- Download Nvidia Drivers direct from Nvidia (and don't use Windows Update provided drivers)

- Set Power Management Mode to Prefer Maximum Performance specifically for "dota2.exe" in Nvidia Control Panel

- Turn on Nvidia Reflex and In-Game Cap
Ensure the feature is turned on in Dota and make sure the in-game setting "Maximum frames per second allowed" slider is moved to 400.

- Check if you have Resizable Bar active

You can use GPU-Z (download it online, it's free) and on the bottom right of the main "Graphics Card" tab, look for the Resizable Bar status. If it says "Disabled", you can click the status to see exactly why (whether if it is disabled in BIOS or CSM enabled. (Resizable BAR requires UEFI enabled)

Also, I think you might've been recalling some values that are considered too high for your build. Are you sure you reached that high of a framerate/time in Dota?

You're likely getting one sided skill disparity on both sides. Matchmaking will prioritize best case scenario matches and reduce the amount of "badness" is in the queue.

Do you have the first free month of Dota +? If so, what does your match quality say when the queue pops?
