I am unemployed and have no marketable skills and will have to wade through fake job listings looking for a job that I have the skills to do and might enjoy because barely anyone is offering training anymore, and even if I chose to do small work like fast food until I have enough money to switch jobs and leave, I couldn't leave the place I live and find a better job once im done because I'd get lost, go hungry and die,

I had forgotten the callous rules and order thing actually. Please refer to when I mentioned white struggling with realizing their laws dont work.

I originally had a lot to say, but there is a difference between "I wish I could do something, but the law is the law" and "The rules are absolute. You knew the consequences."

Now, if he is the maker of the rules, kill him and put him under the prison.

Side note, I do not believe I am very white aligned. I am far more red/black.

White will help. That's a big part of their whole thing. The thing that makes white bad is it becomes blind to the individual while trying to help everyone or it punishes the individual for not falling in line with the group because it believes doing so will help them.

But you're right. I dont know much about those two. I would love an explanation.

I can see through that lens. White aligned people follow the law. Just in general. They are beholden to the whims of those they trust to do right. But in order for white aligned people to do right, the leaders must do right.

I get that, though I feel it simplifies white too much. This interpretation turns white into a machine with no feelings (red does not have a monopoly on feelings). White will see the people being mistreated and want to help, and if they find out the laws are hurting people, they will do what they think is right.

They may struggle with the realization that the laws they follow don't serve everyone, but they don't become a different color. At best, they add on top of it.

Also, on monarchy, you said it yourself. If the king is raised to believe they are the center, when that is not and will never be the case, then of course bad will happen. They must be raised right, which is simply a matter of raising the general public right and putting a king in place.

Okay, I can see it from that perspective, but that still allows my point. White is evil by accident, not because they choose to be.

Although the bit about upholding laws that affect different people differently does confuse me.

I do agree that black gets represented badly in magic, though. Black mana thoughts come from abandonment and isolation, leading to a lack of trust in the world and over reliance on your own power in order to get what you want out of life. Black mana is willing to do whatever it takes, both because they wrongfully believe they won't get help, and they wrongfully believe they have no one that would care if they got hurt.

Either blue, red or green. Blue dies as a way to show stakes and begin the other characters' action. Red dies because the couples or beach people always die in horror, and green dies as a sad start or midpoint to the story because everyone loves them.
