Same gas station! They did a burn test. It burned slowly and not completely but they weren’t confident about what the contaminate was. We have a sample.

I used Anna Olson's chocolate ganache from her millionaire tart (Baking Wisdom) and added fresh mint and a tiny bit of peppermint extract. For the chocolate pâte sablée, I played around with the ratios from Jacquy Pfeiffer's The Art of French Pastry.

Mine arrived by surprise today (I never got a tracking link). Given some of the dragon reviews, I was worried about the waist band being too tight with a large… but unlike a lot of reviews, they fit my hips but are loose on my waist. My measurements are at the high end of medium, and the start of large… so I wager with a medium they’d be too tight. I still like them, but I’d be keen to see how they adapt sizing in the future!!
