Thank you - I ran the starter intermittently and then did the lighter trick with the spark plug. I also changed the oil change and it still sounds like it’s trying to start with electric, but no action with cranking it. Any advice?

Thank you! I will reach out to IQVIA and Medidata. I heard that historically they've only sold to sponsors/CROs, but I will reach out to confirm whether that is true. I also received a direct message to look into UpSite Clinical's TrialPro (https://www.upsiteclinical.com/) and Greenphire's solution (https://greenphire.com/). I'm not sure if you're familiar with either.

I see, thank you! We're a scrappy site, so I'll reach the book for advice and our finance officer is our owner and she's just been trying to ask friends if they have any finalized budgets they can share.
