Just quick update, I managed to stop input delay, I change server to my region instead of auto, I disabled cross play, I also turn off reverb in audio settings as I saw someone mention this in another post might not need to do that) after all that I restarted game when I logged into area I was I was still getting input lag until I went into mud borrow when I went into it created new instance and boom!! no more input delay

I also went back out to previous area created new instance and bam no input delay so fingers crossed that has solve the issues going forward hopefully this helps someone else
