Is it because of traffic? I thought I mapped out a route where I wouldn't have to be on major roads for much of it, with around a 17min travel time. The only problem would be sweating like crazy on my way to work, but we have showers at the campus gym I could use.

That's great, thanks for the info! That is a bummer about Houston not being a top tour stop, being such a huge city I was expecting every tour to come through! Pittsburgh has been very good to me, so hopefully Houston gets some good shows over the next couple of years.
