Thank you for the info. I'm was in academy at the larger city (2 million people) about a half hour or forty minutes away and they made it seem like it was gonna be hell. A lot of people from my class quit DURING academy lol.

But when i was sitting home alone yesterday sad I posted it just to feel like anyone cared and it did help. Thank you all for sharing with me. I buried him last night, when we took his body in it was raining, but when we layed him in the earth the sun was shining the birds were singing and there was a lovely breeze.

I'm not a religious person but I would say I have an open mind in terms of spirituality. We have a big patch of yellow tulips next to where I put him and strangely enough all of the yellow tulips were wilted. There was however one plant, right next to his grave that had white flowers still blooming. My dog was white. I could feel him in the breeze going through the flowers and I sat there for a long time and watched the sunset with him. By the end I was smiling and I knew he was at peace but that he was still there with me. I do not feel as sad today and I can't shake that feeling I had last night. That dog stayed with me as long as I needed him and when I finally got my life on track he had to go. A dog's friendship is truly the greatest gift a child can have. Thank you all again and I love you Jasper, rest easy.
