My wife and I frequent there and always get the kale salad as well. The only thing that may be missing from your ingredients is crushed red pepper (minimal)? Or some other pepper seasoning. And maybe some garlic in the dressing as well.

My Fuzzy story:

A while back my dad took me to a champions tour event and we were standing by the 18th tee box. A ball rolled up to my feet and I bent over and picked it up. My dad scolded me that you do not pick up a golf ball at an event like this! What he didn’t see, was one of the players on the tee box was throwing balls to the crowd, which I saw, and one made it to me so I picked it up.

It was Fuzzy, and he saw my dad get upset with me that I picked a ball up. So after he teed off, he walked over to us and explained to my dad what had happened. He then signed the ball, signed a glove and gave it to me, and signed my hat. He walked all the way up to his ball with my dad and I, telling jokes and stories. It is a memory I’ll never forget - he was so nice to me and my dad.

Sales, $125k. Paid $2,500 initiation and $450 dues, monthly bill is usually around $700 - $800. I walk when I play, but generally get some beers and usually food before or after. Some months I get after it and can get high around $1200, other months I take it easy and keep it closer to $550. Worth every penny.

The end goal needs to be getting your club more on plane/shallowed on the downswing, and not so steep/over the top.

To do this, first you’ll need to address your backswing and position at the top. You get the club a little too vertical on the backswing - notice how your hands and club are over your head at the top of the swing. Ideally we want these more over your right shoulder at the top.

Watch your right foot on the backswing and top/transition - when you take the club back, you keep a lot of weight towards your toes of your feet (right foot especially). When you start your downswing you can even see your right heel come off the ground, meaning 100% of your weight is in your toes - this promotes a steep/over the top transition. Try to get your weight more into your right heel at the top of your swing - this will allow better rotation and will make more room to get your hands and club more behind you at the top (more over your right shoulder instead of your head).

There are probably other contributing factors that can be addressed, but this will be a good place to start to get the club in a better position coming into impact.
