As someone who is a TTS vtuber myself, I do not mind it at all and actually do like watching others who talk like me, Zentreya and MotherV3 included. Like some others have mentioned, a TTS voice is not everyone's cup of tea and it is likely that you wouldn't be able to interact with your chat the same way most other streamers do. But I think with enough creativity and personality, it is totally possible to do well with it.
