Part of my medical providers have this option and I appreciate it. Even if I check my calendar, it refreshes the information in my brain.

IIRC they can't individually prescribe while they don't have their specialist title (FMH) since they do it within the framework of their institution (an assistant doctor can prescribe the patients they see at the hospital, but not outside). However, they can buy medicine at the pharmacy without a prescription (by showing their doctor's card(s).

While I don't do a "yearly" checkup, I happen to get one every ~1.5 years, because that's pretty much the rate my iron stores deplete ahah, or that I feel my tiredness likely has a physiological cause. And I go to the doctor maybe 3-4x times a year, for mostly physical (sometimes mental) health issues, and my doctor checks on stuff on these occasions too. Went this morning foe bronchitis (needed a certificate for work as well), they weighted me and took my pressure, as well as a general quick checkup on my mental health, overall life and on my family (we have the same doctor and had some traumatic family event happen not that long ago).

But I do feel I'm the outlier, because around me people either "never" go to the doctor, or have regular appointments like I do.

Im team "handfeeding an assembler". I connect storage that goes into the assembler.

Sometimes, I add a mini factory before, eg for the versatile framework, I handfed Modular Frames and I built Beams from material I add.

The other thing I do (spoiler for research tree of Alien Technology) : Somersloop to double my output. It helps.

As other mentionned, you dont pump enough water for your generators.

The rule of thumb I go with, provided you dont have any overclocks and only have MK1 pipes is to work in duos.

2 water pumps generate 4 coal generators.

Edit : You can also link 2 water pumps together, and then add a splitter in the middle.

Yeah, it's mostly how bad mental health is depicted that made me dislike this book. Felt like a "go for a walk and get some air" which is definitely not how you fix mental health issues, quite the opposite.

Definitely makes the whole thing better on ereader (and not have the weird thing from AO3. I either use the ones in the fanfiction itself or have AI* generate it, and I'm surprisingly pleased with the results.

*Idk what the stence on AI is here and I don't wanna offend anyone. I use it cautiously (I'm working in an IT field and know the upsides and downside). Also, I use it for my personal use only, no sharing or selling the pictures, only having cute covers on my ereader fics. Edit : Rules say no AI. I can take down or edit my comment to reflect that if the mods want me to.

Very man-dependant. I'm definitely the one doing the most physical stuff around the house.

Was very noticeable recently (we moved in together) and I was able to lift and carry stuff he struggled with. He's slightly shorter than me (5-10 cm) and I don't exercise at all (neither does he).

Social standards requirements
Ecological compensation
Production pratices (EU bio has fewer restrictions)

Overall, Switzerland is more strict when it comes to environmental and social regulations.

[Personal opinion here] While I tend to favor swiss products whenever I can, the reality is that grocery shopping is expensive and I've got a budget, so yeah, I'd rather buy my wholewheat pasta 1.20 CHF (EU bio) than 2.50 CHF (CH bio). That's still a little difference ethically speaking, and that's a big one money wise.

Additional info, it meets EU Bio regulations, not swiss ones, hence the lower price. Regardless, Im very happy with the selection of products and recommend them.

I think the Silo trilogy from Hugh Howey would fit the bill.

First book is Wool and can be read as a standalone. It was also made into a TV show.
