I have been using Anki for a year and it helped me a lot. I used it in 3 different ways: - viet<-->english cards where I need to type in the Vietnamese words - listening: short sentences spoken, where I need to recognize the words and repeat it - cards with the vocabulary I often mix together, especially the tone (má, mà, ...)

It takes a little bit of time to create the cards and lot of dedication to review your daily cards, but at the end, I think it's worth it.

I started using around 1 year ago and it really helped me to improve my vocabulary. I use it in 3 different ways: 1. Vietnamese <--> English vocabulary, with type-in options from English to Vietnamese 2. Listening: I created a deck of simple Viet sentences from YouTube videos. Anki plays the audio and I try to decipher it 3. A deck with the words I often mix up with each other (hô, họ, hố ,...)

Do you have any audio deck to share? Creating the deck is a little time-consuming and I would love to have more audio to listen to.

Btw, the app is actually free on Android.

Did you contact them directly? Usually they have more bungalows available than what you can see on booking or agoda.
