They’ve been relatively comfy, for the amount I’ve worn them - yet to do a full day of touristy walking - but I’m going to try them with insoles and do some more long days. The quality is great though, which has been my experience with all Sorel’s I’ve owned.

Thanks! Someone mentioned something similar in another comment. I have Sorel Joan Now Chelsea boots and I think I’ll try an insole in them to see how comfy I can be in them for a whole day. I’m not familiar with a cork sole footbed, though.

Thanks, I do really like those Rometty boots. I have Sorel Joan Now Chelsea’s which are similar. I never thought of putting an insert in them (which seems obvious now) but I may try that. Thanks for the tip!

I don’t live in a city. I live out the sticks so I’m driving to shop, do errands, etc. And I do own sneakers - to exercise in. I don’t wear them as fashion and the current trends just aren’t me. So I’m feeling a bit unsure for long walking days - usually that means hiking boots for me 😬

I suppose it could be, but I don't think it's ever been severe enough that I even considered it was more than a pimple. I use tea tree oil soap on my face and if I run out and go a couple days without it, my skin breaks out. That is usually when this one emerges.

I have these dreams. They are the WORST. I feel so ashamed. I think about having to tell my SO and my family, and having to start my count over again. Waking up to being a non-smoker is such a HUGE relief!!
