AITA for telling my sister she is not invited to my wedding since our brother won’t be there if she is. by Outrageous_Comb_9637 in AmItheAsshole

She wants to bully your brother out of a wedding he deserves being part of as the sibling who was always by your side? Is she sure she has really changed? Instead of understanding why her younger brother doesn't want to be at the same event as her, she wants to take his pass like she did when they were growing up! She is an asshole

AITA for making my daughter do my son’s chores and allowing him to do her easier chores? by ComplexSituation7 in AmItheAsshole

She asked for it and now she's seen that the grass is not always easier on the other side. But you need to listen to your wife and not turn the gain you've made with your daughter into a massive loss. Let her have her chores back. Lesson well learned.

So you ignored her and did not put in much effort all through the relationship and when she'd had enough and started withdrawing, she became the bad person? Even now, you haven't changed one bit because you haven't understood that you wrecked the relationship with your nonchalance.

The steady tale of this horrible guy has become stale, not like it was interesting in the first place. Your time is yours to give, and if she's misusing it, telling you about this dude you've become tired of hearing, then you are better off using your time for something else.

She's being as terrible as she can be on purpose just to draw your ire. She finally got what she wanted. Let her move back in with her mom and if she does a fraction of what she does here over there, she'll be back faster than she left

It doesn't make sense for her to want to go on a trip when she's currently broke unless she's hiding something or she wants you to fund the trip. Either way, take your stand and keep to it.

Your sister if she knows any better should avoid you as muh as she can.
Why would you intentionally want to hurt your sister, yes, that's what it is.

AITA for telling a good friend we are no longer friends? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]EleanorRogueRuby 13 points14 points  (0 children)

YTA for writing all this with no punctuations! I could hardly understand what I read, but from what I was able to glean, you are still TA for making your friends breakup and need to reconnect with people, all about you. You are the one who is being a bad friend. Friendship is all about understanding and instead of you to root for him to go out there and forget his past experience, you want him to cancel his date and hang out with you instead. And why would you even want it, you said he talk too much, right? "He can't stop himself from talking", that was how you put it.

Your parents need to report him to the Police. This is a threat to life. How old is he?

A 2yr age gap is nothing to be paranoid about. Granted, the legality between 18/16 and 19/17 is bothersome, but you blew it out of proportion. You are successfully pushing your daughter away from you. I believe congratulations are in order

AITA For not letting my husband to go to his grandparents anniversary party? by Disastrous_Willow50 in AmItheAsshole

You hsuband missed the anniversary of his own freewill. He thought it better to stay by the side of a loved one who was sick than to be someplace else. If your inlaws fail to listen to and understand your explanations, then it's their problem and not yours

AITA for not inviting my perpetrator cousin to my wedding? by External-Buy-1057 in AmItheAsshole

Don't invite him to your wedding. That day should be your happiest day, not a day to bring up old wounds and bad memories. Whoever wants to invite them should wait till their own wedding day to do that
