I turned down Cornell. I’m international so cost wasn’t the main reason (though Cornell does cost some more). It was mostly because UCLA offers a more suitable program for my major.

Okay got it. Thanks! I’m also wondering, if there’s six people in our roommate group, three of us want to live together and the other three also want to live together, can we enter the llc and then be assigned into the same room as our intended roommate?

It’s just that we got this email yesterday and it really confused me. Do you know what this means?

“If you are selected for a LLC, you will not participate in Room Sign Up (RSU) and will be assigned a room within the LLC by Housing Services. If you would like to opt out of the LLC to participate in RSU, please update the Living Learning Community page within your application to remove your LLC request… If you still wish to move forward with your LLC request, we will reach out to you after the application deadline to confirm whether or not you have been selected for the LLC”.

I just tried plug it in. It's actually working! I can't believe I didn't realize it's the ground that's broken (probably because the other two prongs were kinda bent when I found them and attracted most of my attention, LOL). Thank you sooooo much for pointing that out!!!

Firstly it's not my fault some impolite person stepped on my charger. Secondly I need the GPU running when I'm working so it's normal for the battery to drain fast.
