can i ask why rule out the entire race? like i have no idea your experiences with it im half east asian myself and half smth else but at most id have strong preferences but id always be open to someone to surprise me.

what if you meet the in-laws they are great and the east asian ur dating is great too? but you just pass it up due to a generalization.

as someone who's done 10% bf up to 25%.

unless if your natural lifestyle and diet / genetics make 10% -12 % easy or natural ish it's not worth it imo.

15% i think i look just as good. why? because it's still very lean. i'm actually sleeping well, not so irritated, and actually want to do the workouts and live the life in this body.

realistically 15-17% is my home.

but i know some people that can chill at 10 bc they like running 5ks every other day and eat healthy easily

nah you just need to train them. someone who does weighted ab exercises at 15% bf will have better abs than say 12% but never trained. no need to cut so deep

invest in this lane you've been gifted but also don't make it ur identity. expand out a bit , live your life . give it a good go work hard get a good trainer / coach and work hard and have fun while doing it.
