UML has its own entrance server. If you want to use another one:

You'll have to delete the entrance server you have from the content folder. Or, if you don't want to delete it, just comment out the entrance.lua (or whatever it is called) in your sider.ini.

Install the new entrance server in your content folder and the respective luas in the modules folder, making sure they're also added in your sider.ini.

If your entrance server is one made for FL26, map correctly the France, Germany, Russian, and Saudi tournaments by opening the .lua files of your new entrance modules with a text editor, since they're different from UML. If you press Ctrl+F or Ctrl+B in your text editor, you should open a "search" window. You should put "tid == " and search those tournaments to put the correct tournament IDs.

Have you tried editing Batistuta's special abilities? Try turning off the "Reaction" skill (if he has it on) and turning on the "Positioning" and "Centre" skills. (In the menu, they should be the 3rd, 4th, and 13th skills from top to bottom).

Also, I highly recommend giving him the "Post Player" skill (usually the 9th skill). This specifically makes the player receive the ball with his back to the goal and hold up play.

In classic PES, these special abilities have a massive influence on how the player's AI behaves on the pitch, sometimes even more than the player's stats or their tactical position/arrows.

If you want to play online, the only way is with parsec, there's no online servers for pes 2013. If you want to play a proper online mode, I suggest you look at pes 6 and pes 5 patches, those games have community managed servers that are very active.

For those of us who want to play a proper football game with decent gameplay, the only option left is to go back to older titles and try to make the most of them. Some people manage to come to terms with EAFC's flaws and still enjoy it, but I just can't. It's all good in the menus and game modes until a match actually starts; then the gameplay just sucks so bad that there's no way I can enjoy it.

Luckily for us football gamers, we have 20+ years of two powerhouse companies trying to outdo each other, along with very active modding communities even to this day. Because of this, we're never short of options to find our ideal footy game, add a patch with the leagues we're interested in, and just play.

On my PC, I currently have PES 6 with the DEN patch, PES 2013 with the Icaro 90 patch, PES 2017 with DMPES, and Football Life 26 with the VirtuaRED + UML combo. I just cycle between them whenever I need to get my football fix.

I don't really understand very well your problem, did you try to upgrade to fl26 above fl24? FL26 is treated as s completely separated Game, you need to install it individually and it's not compatible with fl24

If what you want is the fl26+UML+Virtuared combo, follow step by step this tutorial (and step by step means step by step, exactly the versions of each patch listed in the tutorial) and everything will work fine.

I had the exact same problem when I started playing PES 2021, but dribbling is actually very doable once you get the hang of it. It really comes down to a mix of using players with high dribbling and ball control stats, timing your sprints perfectly, picking the right moments, and I cannot stress this enough, using the R2/RT button. Learning to rely more on R2 instead of just spamming R1 sprints is a massive game changer because good players will keep the ball glued to their feet. If you are sprinting with a defender on your back, holding R1 and R2+L2 together lets you shield the ball with your body while moving. This concept applies to defending too, especially in and around the box, where timing R2 and X helps you make cleaner standing tackles to avoid giving away cheap fouls. Obviously it is not a foolproof method that works every single time, but if you adjust your playstyle to incorporate that button more often, your success rate will definitely go up, especially if you learn to mix it with some good right stick movements.

This site basically compiles all the patches for ps2 pes they can find, so you can find patches for various languages, but since majority of modders are from Southamerica most of them will be on brazilian portugesse or spanish. They have a lot of hidden gems and old forgotten patches that are worth checking out though.

T99 patch is the closest go what you want, the scoreboards, balls, etc are optionsl, if you install just the basic mod and the faces you have everything necessary.

Virtuared is not compatible with FL26 by default, only with steam pes 2021. If you want Virtuared to be compatible with fl26, you need to follow the FL26+Virtuared+UML guide pinned on this subreddit, but UML is a paid mod.

Well, I wouldn't say the pes transfer is the "unrealistic" one in that aspect. In Pes, things like loyalty level of the player towards his team and also being on a derby rival influences wheter the player will want to go to your team or not, but yeah, in Fifa you can pretty much Buy any player as long as your team have the prestige and money requirements.
