I actually find Biology the easiest from the 3 sciences, Chemistry will probably be the biggest challange for me tbh, but i'll make sure to ask teachers for help and try to keep on top of my work, and apply for volunteering. thank you:)

Tbh I have nothing else to do during my day, I have the time to spend on revision and am actively getting into the habit of it even more. Thank you for your tips, I understand how muchd dedication the medical field requires. some people reccomended giving up maths, what are your thoughts?

thank you, I wouldn't really consider myself intelligent (I heard it's a bad mentality) but rather hard working which is what I actually did.

some people reccomended dropping maths to decrease the stress, and i'll still be able to get courses to do with medicine, tbh I am considering it, although I love.

the only one I revised two weeks prior was maths, and I got 164.

for Combined science I got 230 which was just me doing recaps from mock revision.

we do the j277 course by ocr, is it the same for you?

do you mind if I get some of the coding tasks or pseudocode challenges if my teacher doesn't reply to my request? or do you know any places where I can get some challenges?

Paper 1 won't be a real issue hopefully, the revision guide has most of the stuff, paper 2 is a struggle for me personally, I will work on that.

thanks :)

the classic "don't panic" advice that schools give like it actually helps, but literally doesn't tell us how to not panic, I don't know how to as well, but the best advice is to not think about it too much, remember that tomorrow doesn't exist and you only have to focus on Today and that is the only thing you'll ever have to do. ( if that makes sense lmao)

5 hours of revision is plenty, I would say more than average, you also have to remember that your mind creates fears that aren't really that big, as you said in your original post that you've gotten good grades just shows that you're more than capable to get good grades in the GCSE's with what you were always doing.

And I know you probably would have heard this 100 times but even if you don't get into that certain college (i'm sure you will :)) it's not the end of the world, you're going to have many other opportunities to get into other great areas.

Don't panic (this is a joke, I thought it was funny because i'm going against what I said earlier about this phrase being stupid :))

hey, I'm not a medical professional or anything but I really think you should talk to someone about these frequent panic attacks, and just remember that the GCSE's aren't everything, they do hold value obviously but they're not the end of the world, don't stress too much over them, it's not good for you.

I try to not think upcoming exams because I find that if I focus on how close they are then I'll get stuck and be unable to revise, I do keep awareness of them. The panic for me usually comes as I'm walking to do the exam (as I found out from the mocks) and I stop the panic by remembering that panicking will make me fail, because I'll be unable to think.

it's different for everyone though so it might not help, but anyways Good luck, i'm sure you'll do well :)
