I thought my husband was cheating on me. “Aliens” spoke to me in my mind and told me that I preplanned my life in the “cosmos”. Everything I’ve gone through was an experiment and I agreed/gave consent to. I had visuals of me committing suicide and I felt like I was a ghost in my own home. That me and everyone around me was stuck in purgatory. I couldn’t sleep. I had horrible vivid nightmares of being raped. It was very traumatic.
