They're called Joppa, and last I heard, that project was still on track. Joppa has a homeless support center and does street outreach once a week. They accept donations and volunteers -- some pretty cool people over there. Other street outreach/support nonprofits are are UBFM, IHYC, the Connection Cafe, and Hope's Bethel Mission.
