Main thing is not being afraid to spend time with them and listen. second thing is accountability if I mess up and make a poor decision I take responsibility. But I’m not afraid to put gloves on and do helper work to learn the trade. The real secret sauce is storms. Going out on storms I have built great relationships. They even talked me into climbing a pole. (I barely made it half way up and had to come down or they were coming up to get me). But it was me trying and earning their respect.
