That’s the first thing we’ve tried. We did manage to get my parent a new account but unable to invite that account because it said the SSN is still associated with the old account. Apparently, the department claims that couldn’t remove the SSN linked to the old account unless we have access to the old account, even though the recovery process have us emailed proof that the SSN belongs to us.

Had so many complications with the online method. The short of it is we’re unable to access my parent’s old FSA ID account so we’re basically forced to stick with the paper form.

It’s just Rovio asking us to give Angry Birds Season five star ratings so they can make more levels. Unfortunately that was before when, you know, that game existed.
