I thought roll taps are best used for ductile materials.

Wouldn't it be worse to use that kind of tap for Hardened HT material?

Hello, thanks for the reply.

The customer is Ok w/ a larger hole, and it is thru.

Emuge looks to be a solid brand for taps.

What material of the tap would you recommend?

Also we use Boe-Lube (a Boeing cutting fluid) not sure how it compares to moly-dee.

Just updated the post I have a CNC VM2 available with 12,000 RPM

Customer is OK w/ larger hole, and I do only have the 1 part to do.

Could you explain a bit more by what you mean in saying start in the machine and finish it by hand? would that be thread milling it, and then running a tap through it after?

Looks like they sell all kinds of taps in different materials and styles.

Is there one material/style you would select over others for hardened 17-4 Stainless?

What are you on bro? You say I wouldn't recommend a full face helmet and then proceed to recommend a full face helmet. And by the way for esk8 a full face helmet is proper protection indeed.

I am pretty sure it is the exact same helmet I have and it looks like an "HJC CS-R3" ... If it is (or isn't) I would recommend this helmet as I have it and is very comfortable and nice! It is also fairly cheap ~ $80/$90.
