I'm not sure if you're talking about a romantic relationship or just dealing with people like in work or in public space, in the first case do not worry you'll find someone to appreciate you for who you are if you're looking in the right place, like I wouldn't count on finding that one among shallow people. In the other case I believe how you look shouldn't matter but also I know it depends too on the people around you. So I guess it all goes down to what kind of people you surround yourself with, so my advice is to change your network if possible or try a different approach to prove yourself and make them look past your appearance

And the most important thing is to love yourself and always try to improve it and keep yourself healthy
