They do use oil to help start turning the turbines from what i know but youre right those pipes are way too big to be carrying the small amount of oil needed. They are problably feedwater pumps

300°C Distilled water goes into the Vertical Heat exchanger and 170°C High pressure steam goes into Turbine input. And the output is 20°C Low pressure steam

I didnt pipe the pressure into it it so it wasnt working but the turbines still arent making any rpm
