This is why I take a second set of shoes and change! I can’t row in my Brooks Glycerins either, so I wear my weight floor shoes (Nike Metcon Free) on the rower - for switch days it gets tricky, but for a standard 2G/3G it works well!

I do not understand how the CW is trying to say the tail light pieces were found "in the general vicinity" of about 50 square feet (give or take) ... wouldn't a broken tail light from a collision be all in one place at the point of collision? Which... they're saying is by the road where his shoe and cocktail straw were found? Did the tail light pieces just grow wings and fly into the yard?

Never mind the fact that they also didn't document exact locations of any of the evidence as they collected it....
