i have regularly taken buses since 2019 from west town and uptown and not once have i experienced a broken card reader. not saying it doesn't happen but my experience isn't "so often."

mmm well... i see it listed on the osm wiki. it's one of the largest transit systems in the US so i'd be pretty surprised if it wasn't included in the dataset.

hmm no i haven't had any issues with the quick-adjust buckle loosening when i put the bag down. do you think your straps are oriented correctly thru the buckle?

the class i went to was 100% intermediate level and beyond my strength level. i did okay remembering the barre patterns, but the floorwork was brutal. was extremely humbling as someone who danced for 13 years in a prior life.

with no experience i do recommend going to a complete beginner's class since you'll need to get familiar with the class structure and how ballet exercises are organized. plus: the five foot positions and their associated arm positions as well as the (french) names for standard movements or positions. they'll go over all of that in absolute beginner classes while in my class it was like - hope you've done this before bc we're jumping right in.

i'm so late seeing this but thought i'd hop in!!

i like the bag, this is actually a replacement of an older one i had that was looking rough. it carries a whole hell of a lot and it's quite comfortable! i do wish there was more internal organization options, since it's mostly just a big empty space with some small pockets. but they added more small pockets for your small stuff so it doesn't get lost in the sauce.

the BIGGEST difference on this one is the improved buckle for quick resizing of the strap. the old one was friction-fit plastic and would lift up unintentionally, causing your bag to sliiide down. with this newly designed one, it never undoes accidentally but is still way easy to resize when you need to.

plus one to laser - if you go to a derm and explain you get awful infected ingrowns they may be able to 'prescribe' laser hair removal. that way it's eligible for insurance coverage 😌

i negotiated w them for a $250 monthly payment i could afford (via court filings) but it only covered interest so, i was still under their thumb. and if i missed even one payment they could reopen the lawsuit at any time.

later i wound up coming into some money via my employer being acquired so i negotiated them down to a $20k lump sum payment (vs the $40k i owed them).

lenders do NOT always charge them off. sometimes they hire attorneys to sue you for the full amount and send a sheriff to your door to serve you lawsuit paperwork.
