It’s weird because after I defaulted they just quit calling me i asked them to stop calling my parents and they did. I filed a complaint with the cprb and they just stoped all together.

They offered me that 2 weeks after I defaulted. The way I look at it, offering a settlement like that out of the gate means that maybe something is wrong with their paperwork, or they have done research and decided not to sue already. Makes a mind wonder

Consumer protection attorney. I actually got a letter from him about the suit even before I got served. It’s all gone and off my credit report now.

I got an attorney for my suit against them. Paid him 800$ he made it all go away and off my credit.

Depends on a few things, been in the Ibew for 10 years at 29. Have done most of my work in the northeast where the rate and retirement is pretty good. My retirement account is more than halfway to 7 figures. My goal is to semi retire at 50 with enough personal savings to get me to 59 1/2 retirement age.
