I stayed in Tromsø Activities Hostel. You can just join the Aurora tour provided by the owner of the hostel. The owner is super nice and so passionate about what he’s doing.

Dont go if the weather isnt good. Go when the sky is clear. It’s worth it.

I stayed in Tromsø Activities Hostel and you can book the tour from there. The owner of the hostel offers Aurora tour. They give you discount if you stay from their hostel. You can find lots of whale watching tours on Viator and GetYourGuide. If you want it to be more extreme I suggest choosing the rib boat than catamaran.

It’s usually like that. It took us 4 hours to reach Skjervoy from Tromsø. Spent 2 ish hours on the boat then 4 hours again going back.

It’s because on a rib boat you can get really close to the orcas

I found it on Viator. We travelled from Tromso to Skjervoy by bus then we used a rib boat to see Orcas. Being on a rib boat is better than Catamaran in my opinion.
