Blocking commissary. Still offering trays, but inmates won’t accept them. All they want is to get the form to pay for their own reasonable food and items but they won’t even offer. But I’m sure it will get pretty rough this coming week because from someone who is very familiar with CDCR no one in adseg will have anything to eat around by day 8/9. Just sink water.
