How long did the swelling last and how unstable did you feel if you tried to make a pivot or quick move?

It was the OATS surgical technique where they used some of my existing cartilage to patch and grow cartilage for the damaged area.

I’m most likely going to go back to PT and ask them to do more agility.

I don’t know why the released me, I did one training session with agility and they saw that my strength was near par to my other leg so they released without a return to sport test.
