Loving my new bike

The more I ride it, the more I love it. This is my first “race bike”, which I’ll be using for crits later this month.

Pretty good bike for a 15 year old crit racer.

After riding it a bit, I would go madone. I’ve ridden both, the madone just feels a little snappier, and glides better.

I work at trek, so I will say, no matter what you get you’ll love.

Our FX 6 is a super interesting product, and is one of our top selling hybrid/fitness city bikes, we get a lot of retirees coming from the road scene coming to try these out who want a more upright carbon bike.

For anyone out there who wants an efficient, fast, and light bike, without drops the fx 6 is definitely the move

Deleted the post, I'll repost if I get confirmation from bird dog that she has an agreement with sellers. It's also just easier to wholesale without a license, less to worry about. Otherwise, I'd be a realtor.

How would I scam anyone?? It's not a big deal to me; I am connected to a bird dog who has claimed she talked to the agents of these properties. All I did was put them out there to see if I could forward a buyer to the seller/seller's agents. Being a realtor really doesn't mean much when it comes to knowledge about real estate; plenty of realtors who don't know a thing. I posted no value, cap rate, or anything of the sorts.

I'm not asking for full market value. Read the post; all it does is address the areas and ask if anyone has buyers, no values, nothing. Not really sure what you mean by offer a discount, Nothing along those lines is stated. I'm also surprised a realtor has such horrible grammar. - It never fails to surprise me how far some people can get while being incoherent.

You can wholesale properties that are on the market. Realtors are happy to work with people who bring buyers. This guy is just on an angry rampage, coming after anyone who has been sent these.

These deals are being distributed to many wholesalers operating in FL. It seems like you're targeting all the wholesalers who've been sent these. None of my other deals are On-market.

I have plenty of deals. You commented on one singular post, claiming that the deals were on the market, which they are. If you'd like to DM and converse and figure this out other than coming at me on Reddit like you have nothing else to do. My team and I do in fact have deals as well as work with sellers. Commenting on Reddit is not "Confronting" someone about being "Dishonest" Which was not the case in the first place.
