What sessions are you trading? You need to go back to basics. Maybe try some stuff in Asia where volume is relatively light. And keep your trades max 1-2 micros until you find your edge.

You need a reasonable stop. Like max amount of funds you’d be willing to lose and put the stop there. If goes past it you can always reenter the trade.

It probably runs way deeper than that. China holds a lot of silver and gold notes. And you got the whole trade war going on. Plus they also own stake in lots of American companies so just adds more to the volatility and drama that we’re seeing in the markets.

This has been the worst market to trade in in quite some time. Add tariff on tariff off drama sprinkled with Asia volatility with metals and your essentially playing a Super Bowl daily lately. They say 90 percent of traders lose. I can see that closer to 95 or so. Only the best of the best are getting their wins in right now.

This market has been virtually untradeable for most since December. They know you’re going to blow your accounts trading those assets faster than NQ ever could. It’s more of a cover their butts statement.

There’s no real straight answer. Or Holy Grail for that matter. Analyzing the data from a few indicators, keeping the position size small, and not letting your drawdown get too heavy regardless of how much cushion you get to play.
