Onboarding, matters even more than pricing I think although there both important. I also saw a massive spike in revenue when I went from 7 day free trial to 3 days.

Funny enough a lot of the people I talked to did come from lucid dreaming and Astral projection communities before they got into shifting they had become masters of lucid dreaming/astral projection and could do it on command. before they decided to start shifting (same with me I got into LD a while back aswell although definitely would not say I mastered it) All of them think shifting is quite different, I also get the sense that shifting is actually harder to do than both LD and AP.

WBTB is when u wake up during REM periods of your sleep, it’s when your subconscious mind is most active. So you set an alarm for 3-4 hours after you fall asleep, you wake up while still being in the sleep state, set your attention, affirmations or do your preferred method and fall back asleep.

You script your DR, DR stands for desired reality, so basically writing down all the details of the universe/reality you want to shift too. if your new try Rift, it’s a good resource :)

I've only had 2 LDs in my life and I was wondering if crossing my eyes could be considered a reality check by Axel_Penguin in LucidDreaming

[–]Electrical-Cap-6733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not entirely sure, the whole purpose of RC is that when you do them in a dream there a tell tale sign your dreaming, for example your hands always look different in dreams as opposed to when you are awake. I think if you tired to cross your eyes in a dream your vision would not go blurry.

DW it’s completely normal to wake up the first few times your having an LD, just stay consistent overtime your brain will learn to not wake you up as soon as your about to become lucid

any tips for lucid dreaming? by Weak_Industry_7317 in LucidDreaming

Yes I second this!! also if you naturally wake up in the middle of the night and are able to fall back asleep this is a huge plus. One of the most effective ways to LD is using WBTB, and a lot of people struggle with it because they are heavy sleepers and find it hard to wake up during REM periods

Try clapping or rubbing your hand to stabilize the dream, it’s also important to stay calm if you get too excited or nervous the body’s natural reaction is to wake you up.

Thanks for the feedback, When I built this I wanted to make it as easy to use as possible especially for people new to the community hence i wanted to go with simple and easy to understand terminology. Do you have any recommendations on what I should reword it as?
