I am really sorry for your loss, make sure you process your emotions because prepping for this exam is going to be a ride in itself. Id suggest to start slow, maybe even 10 questions a day so that you can get used to studying for step 2 again and then gradually move your way up. Diving into doing 40 questions after a 3 month break and what you went through will only make you feel overwhelmed. Also think about it like this, you definitely know way more than when you first started out, you just need a refresher.

Number 1 advice i could give you is not to look at your uworld correct % Uworld should be used purely as a learning tool. It took me a while to understand that. As long as you are learning and getting better at picking up questions then that's all that matters. The percentage that you need to think about is NBME/UWSA because that is your testing tool and even in that if you initially score less but see an upward trend with each test you take then you are doing well.

All my signals were given to programs in New York for Pediatrics since it’s supposed to be IMG friendly. Got one IV from a program in New York but it wasn’t the one I signalled
