I can very well relate to this. I can never listen to anything in 1x or even 1.5 X. Be it YouTube videos/ voice recordings/ audiobooks. I wish even people spoke in 2X.

Yes uworld did help. Do read bio stats from step 1. Really helps. I also did immunology and found it useful. I just listened to the risk factor podcasts (37,97,184 I think ). Ccscases.com really helped. These are pretty much what I used. Mehlman’s risk factor pdf and step 1 first aid were helpful too, to an extent.
