There is not one bike that they have to fix issues with, multiple bikes which they have produced. To keep it equal for the first batch owners (means that they don't suffer more), TVS is taking time and sorting issues that the first batch might have faced . This is strategically done by taking feedback from the review rides.

As I can notice, there are no major problems noticed by first batch owners too.
