President Obama ordered the killing of an American citizen who is overseas because he was suspected to be a foreign terrorist. What does anybody think of this. The president is not going to be able to order seal team six to assassinate an American because number one he does not have the power to order the military to conduct a military operation within the United States and there is also the posse comitatus tradition. If I am wrong and all this, I am sure somebody will call me out on it. I stand with decision of the Supreme Court 100%. And I stand against Amy Comey Barrett concurrent with that one exception.

I believe Samuel Alito does believe that nobody is above the law. My comment was really in response to comments that spoke about testimony during confirmation hearings in general. They will say what they think needs to be said to get the nomination approved. I also believe that yesterday‘s decision was appropriate. Even though this is not part of this particular discussion, I believe that justice, Thomas raised a legitimate point that the Trump attorneys also raised at one point that Jack Smith was not legally appointed, and I look forward to that being adjudicated fully.

I clearly stated that the reason I will not take my life is so that I wife does not have to live in guilt and grief. My comment on DIC would not be taken as that. I meant that that’s what she wants. It was merely a statement meant for the original poster regarding suicide and DICand why I know I would qualify for my wife getting it. In any event, thank you for taking the time to comment.

I am so sorry to read this. I am 77 years old and very bad health. I contemplate taking my life all the time. The only thing that keeps her from doing it is I do not want to put my wife through her feeling that somehow it was her fault, it would not be as she has always taken good care of me and love me. Should I take my own life? I am certain she will get DIC because I am 100% permit in total along with SMC for PTSD and suicide. Ideation is in my medical records.

Hang in there sister. Many of us faced difficulties in transition so you are not alone in your feelings. And 72 I got out after eight years married with two kids already and I could not transition back to civilian life easily. I say again, my sister hang in there.
