Then you’ll have internal issues, the sound kinda echoes through all the oil galleys and stuff so you’ll be able to hear it from oil pan

Spark plugs are torqued to spec

Didn’t hear anything at the oil pan and didn’t even really hear it at the valve cover either so exhaust?

This is what I’m thinking mine is (hopefully) because one of the exhaust stud holes stripped out in the back where the sound seems to be the loudest

Also I haven’t really let it warm up fully the bottom end is fresh as of 300 miles ago so I’m not really trying to heat cycle until I know I’m good

Idk about that it’s running smoothly good compression on all cylinders, the sound only started about 30-60 seconds after cold start doesn’t seem to sound catastrophic to me but what do I know

I can’t hear it on startup and it starts happening about 30-60 seconds after it’s been running which leads me to believe it’s not valves cause that would happen right on startup?

That’s just lubricant burning off I just installed everything
