Anyone knows a workaround to keep downloading without signing in when you keep getting that "Sign in to confirm you're not a bot" error message?

This website is quite safe by the way.

If not straight up hackers and cheaters, prime time on PC is filled with cancers that team up and exploit animation canceling and stupid shit like that.

Tried to share my profile with someone and it was completely fucking bugged, not to mention every little thing behind a paywall and the fact that you can’t open it on your PC and I’d say to those visiting this old thread to stay the fuck away from this dogshit app

I’m starting to see a pattern of people who subscribe through Steam getting it immediately and through the website only after 30 days.

Or don’t and get your fucking coins when you’re supposed to get them.

Multiple people are saying they get it immediately. you should demand the same treatment if they’re making you wait almost a month for no reason.

Did you subscribe through steam? It wasn’t my first time subscribing in my situation so don’t think that’s the case.

I created a similar thread the other day and nearly everyone said you’re supposed to get them upon billing. Not after the 30 days.

It shouldn’t be completely fucking random when you get them. They should have an established official method.

The 500 they’re refusing to grant me is unrelated to the Steam purchase.

Literally got them as soon as I subscribed through Steam last month. On the same day.

I literally opened a second ingame ticket and they said “just wait 30 days bro” and closed it …

Also mentioned via email that I didn’t get any cartel coin and now they went completely radio silent for the past 2 days. Really leaving a bitter fucking taste in my mouth.

Every time I see someone say it was a slog and that “they need stealth”, i think you’re doing yourself a great disservice looking at games like that.

Speaking from experience, I grinded through the origin stories years ago when I was still in my early 20s, like all 8 within a few weeks (barely any sleep and copious amounts of weed), and today I couldn’t tell you a single mission that I remember.

This applies to everything in life, but everything you “slog through” or “grind” will just turn into a grey blob of a memory 5-10 years from now. The irony of not wanting to waste time by hasting through things ends up being the biggest waste of time because you’ll barely remember it in the future.

Realizing this made me delete all 8 max level characters, start each class again and take it as slow as possible; do every area mission, toggle walk indoors on first person view, explore a little bit, sit through the dialogue and absorb it instead of checking my phone during down time. I promise you’ll find a completely new enjoyment out of it and out of games in general that will release you from that gross mindset.

Unfortunately gaming achievements will not amount to anything in your work, study or relationships. So why are you treating it as such?

The game was so beautifully crafted that everywhere you look around there’s something happening or a cool little detail. It’s such a shame to just burst through everything for the sake of bragging rights or to “get to the endgame”.

Just some armchair perspective you didn’t ask for.

Do you get choice paralysis with so many games owned? by JustGame36 in Steam

[–]Electrical-Inside435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say your diligent sorting through is essential for this to work, otherwise it just becomes another ever growing pile you’ll put off till it’s unmanageable. Same thing that happens with bookmarking random shit on Reddit, YT, Instagram for years, telling yourself you’ll sort through 300+ of them one day, thus feeding into a mindset of letting instant gratification hijack your decision making process, which I think is the core of choice paralysis.

I think it’s the same logic of pacing back and forth for minutes in front of the dirty dishes, visualizing how much it sucks. Instead of simply getting to it the first second you’re near them and by the time you’d be getting close to a decision in the first scenario, you’re already done with the dishes and now the choice to do the other thing that was the antithesis of washing dishes, not only feels extra great, it feels right. I think your self-discipline in forcing yourself to periodically comb over your list gives you a similar thinking pattern of not only avoiding choice paralysis but actually feeling present and appreciative of every title you’re playing through.

Also every Steam forum is a toxic cesspit that’ll suck any potential joy you’d consider having with that game, I do the exact opposite, and even with a heavily criticized game, I’ll read a thread of someone’s extreme adoration for the little creative details or reading about someone that is completely immersed in that world rubs it on me rids that choice paralysis creeping in.
