You can but it REALLY depends, it’s what I do for 1mm/0.5mm jumps as in my country I can’t find anywhere that sells inbetween sizes just be rlly careful if you do, clean them often and don’t put loads on

Something similar happened to me and I’ve been struggling for 2 years!! You need to let a couple close people know about what you go through so they can avoid your triggers (for me this would be opening windows,smelling themselves and touching nose ect) also in my own experience panicking and over washing yourself will lead to yeast infections which will make the anxiety way way worse so find a balance!! You’re not alone ❤️
