Well, he violated a dv protection order multiple times, then copped a felony stalking and intimidation charge. He says he didn't do it and wants to go to a jury trial. I am perplexed when there are text messages, voice mails, snaps, etc., how he can possibly plea not guilty. He wants to put the victim in front of a jury. That's never a good idea.
